Originals, personalised, bespoke, commissions, seconds / studio sale pieces:
The sale of all personalised and bespoke / commissioned items is final and these products are non-returnable. ‘Seconds’ & sample sale pieces are also final sale.
Everything else:
Refunds or exchanges are only eligible for products that have arrived back unused and in their original condition. Customers must email lindarodenheber@gmail.com with the intent to return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned within 14 days of originally receiving the item. Refunds will be made via the original payment method minus the original shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and so a trackable service with insurance is recommended.
